The exceptional fluidity of Opal allows it to be applied smoothly and thinly onto the skin, eliminating the ‘strings’ or tackiness which are common with natural resin waxes.

1. What treatments can your use Opal Peelable for?

Opal Peelable utilises advanced polymer technology for effective hair removal of all hair types. It can be used anywhere on the face or body. From coarse, strong-rooted hairs, to fine downy fuzz; Opal has got you covered. Due to its hypoallergenic qualities, we recommend using Opal for sensitive smaller areas and for intimate waxing.

2. What is the best temperature?

Approximately 52-56 degrees, or No. 8-9 on your Outback Wax Heater. The wax should stay fairly solid in the middle of the pot and will have the consistency of thick honey around the outside when it’s reached the correct temperature.

3. What does it smell of?

Opal is made up of a blend of indigenous Australian Plums, including Kakadu Plum, Illawarra Plum and Burdekin Plum.

4. Do I need to use wax strips?

No, Opal Peelable is a strip-free wax, making it incredibly economical and extremely easy to use.

5. Is it suitable for vegan clients?

Yes, Opal contains no beeswax or other animal by-products.
